- Born on September 17, 1961 in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Graduated in Science from Bhopal University in 1981 and Post Graduation, MA (Economics) in 1983 from Bhopal Univeristy, Madhya Pradesh. Thereafter, did LLB from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.
- Practised in all sides of law and had been Standing Counsel for several Private and Public Sector Undertaking like IFCI Ltd, MP Housing Board, HDFC Bank, Union Bank, Tata Motors Finance Ltd, Tata Motors Ltd CITI Financials, KS Oils Ltd, TVS Motors Ltd, Indiabulls Financials Ltd, besides having successfully represented various other Corporate clients like Cadburrys Ltd, Agro Solvent Products Ltd, amongst Others.
- Appointed as the Hon. Secretary of "Core Consultative Group" and subsequently as Convenor of the Complaint cell for Gwalior & Chambal Divisions, & worked actively as a human rights activist under the umbrella and patronage of the M.P. Human Rights Commission from year 2000 to 2004.
- Took oath as Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh on April 7th, 2016 and became Permanent Judge on March 17, 2018.
- Appointed as Member (Judicial) w.e.f 21.04.2025 at Armed Forces Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi.
